You are the first smile our guests see when they arrive on Bonaire. As Front Office Employee at Chogogo Dive & Beach Resort, you set the tone for an unforgettable stay, from a warm welcome at check in to a smooth goodbye at check out.

About the role

At the Front Office you are the central point for our guests. You welcome them, guide them through their stay and make sure every question gets a helpful answer. From reservations and payments to car rental and island tips: you handle it all with care, accuracy and a genuine smile.

 

What you will do

  • Welcome guests warmly and guide them through check in and check out

  • Share complete and helpful information about the resort, their stay and the island

  • Answer questions and solve guest requests independently, escalating to your Supervisor when needed

  • Process reservations, payments and guest details accurately in our systems

  • Handle the car rental process: advising guests, preparing contracts and handing over vehicles

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and Back Office so everything is ready on time

  • Prepare arrival documents and keep the Front Office and lobby looking spotless

  • Ensure a complete handover to colleagues at the end of your shift

     

Who you are

  • A natural host: warm, professional and representative

  • Accurate and organized, even when the lobby gets busy

  • A clear communicator in English; Dutch, German or Spanish is a plus

  • Proactive and solution minded: you spot what guests need before they ask

  • Experience at a hotel reception or with reservation systems is a plus, not a must
